Terms of service
Plain and short, so you know where you stand.
Using Daymark
Daymark is a personal diary. By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old, keep your sign-in details safe, and use Daymark only for your own lawful, personal reflection.
Free first month
Every new account can use all of Daymark free for its first month. No card is needed to start.
Paid plans later
After the free month, Daymark may ask for a subscription to keep using some or all features. We will tell you the price clearly inside the app before anything changes. You will never be charged unless you choose a plan yourself, and you can stop at any time.
Your entries
What you write and record belongs to you. We only use it to run Daymark for you, as explained on our privacy page. You can delete entries at any time.
Not medical care
Daymark is for reflection, not diagnosis or treatment. Its reflections and suggestions are not professional advice. If you're ever in danger, contact your local emergency number or someone you trust.
Fair use
Please don't misuse Daymark: no attempts to access other people's accounts, disrupt the service, or copy it. We may close accounts that do.
Changes and availability
We work hard to keep Daymark running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free. We may update these terms and will let you know in the app when we do.
Contact
Questions about these terms? Contact Dr. Martha Hweka, the maker of Daymark, based in Windhoek, Namibia.
